Tree Services
Reasons to be cheerful
We have many years of experience dealing with residential clients and businesses of all sizes. We try hard to look at clients’ enquiries through their perspectives and keep their needs in mind.
We’re a friendly business, and often develop a great rapport with our clients. All our employees have a passion for their work and people.
We provide clear quotes and advice, our prices are transparent and we will honour our quotes for 4 weeks. There will be no additional costs provided the job has not changed from the time of the quote.
We’re now almost entirely paperless and also about 95% green with regards to our recycling. Our woodchip is used by Ealing allotment holders and our logs are collected by members of the local community from our depot in Acton
What our clients say:
Coverage areas
We take safety and security very seriously. Our machines and kits are rigorously tested and maintained. Additionally, all our staff wear Personal Protective Equipment and a company uniform while working on site.
We do hundreds of jobs each year varying in size and complexity. We work very hard to ensure that projects run smoothly and are completed to high standards. Sometimes things can go wrong, and if they do, we deal with them promptly and with utmost care. We hold regular ‘toolbox’ talks to discuss issues and best practice. You can hold us accountable for the advice we give and the work we do.
Tree work can be a noisy, messy and disruptive task but with mindful methods, training and assessment we try to keep the negatives to a minimum. In fact we encourage clients to communicate with teams before, during and after the work. We’re proud of the way we work and as long as it’s safe to do so, we’ll explain what’s going on as best we can. You can even pull up a chair and watch (from a distance).

How do we work?
You can contact us by phone, email or just come over for a chat while we’re out and about (if it’s safe to do so).
We respond to phone and email enquires within the working day (8:30-5pm) and we can usually arrange an appointment within 2 days.
Once we’ve made a site visit and discussed your job we try to send a quote by email 24 hours after the meeting.
We’ll be clear about what is achievable and what’s not and also how long you can expect to wait until the work is complete.
Both Tom and Rob can quote any work, so you know exactly who you are dealing with, see our photos’ gallery for our previous works.
Our teams are directly employed by us, we train them, task them and most importantly monitor them. On any given job, Tom and Rob will know exactly who is attending, what skills and approach is required and who is accountable, also who has achieved a good performance or on rare occasions needs to improve their performance.
We are all trained to above and beyond the industry standards, our adherence to the Arboricultural Associations approved contractors scheme is testament to our desire to be at the forefront of best industry practice.
